All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes 3–5 business days within Italy and 7–14 business days for international orders.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next available business day.
Free standard shipping on all orders over €150. Orders below €150 are charged a flat rate of €8 within Italy and €18 internationally.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Due to the limited and collectible nature of our products, all sales on art prints and one-of-a-kind pieces are final.
Email us at info@sexsdreams.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you a return authorisation and instructions within 2 business days.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5/7 business days to your original payment method.
